Yield: 1 Brie

Equipment

  • Kitchen Shears

Materials

  • 8oz Brie Wheel
  • 5 slices Pepperoni

Instructions

  • Unwrap a round brie wheel. Place the brie wheel and five thin pepperoni slices on your board/platter.
  • Using your kitchen shears, cut 1/4 inch full length strips of the pepperoni. Make sure to cut off the round edges first and discard.
  • Put six of the pepperoni strips aside and cut the remaining strips in half.
  • Place three of the full length strips in a slightly curved line vertically down one side of the brie and do the same on the other side. This will start to form the stitching of the baseball.
  • Next, take the strips you cut in half and place them horizontally on top of the vertical pieces to complete the stitching look.
  • Ta-da! You have a Brie baseball! Perfect for any baseball themed board!

Notes

*You can swap out the pepperoni for salami
