Yield: 1 Salami Rose

Equipment

  • 1 Cutting Board

Materials

  • 1 8oz Brie Round
  • 11 slices salami

Instructions

  • Take five slices of salami and layer them in a circle around the condiment cup. I used dry salami. The type of salami doesn't matter as long as the slices aren't super thin and aren't very large.
  • With the six remaining salami slices, fold each one in half (round half facing up).
  • Layer each folded piece on top of the last starting left to right.
  • Beginning on the left side, slowly roll the salami across. This will form the middle of the rose.
  • Place the rolled up salami in the center of your condiment cup. You can adjust the pieces to create a fuller look.
  • Add some fresh herbs like rosemary or use greenery around the roses to complete the look.
