Yield: 1 Salami Rose
- 1 8oz Brie Round
- 11 slices salami
Take five slices of salami and layer them in a circle around the condiment cup. I used dry salami. The type of salami doesn't matter as long as the slices aren't super thin and aren't very large. With the six remaining salami slices, fold each one in half (round half facing up).
Layer each folded piece on top of the last starting left to right.
Beginning on the left side, slowly roll the salami across. This will form the middle of the rose.
Place the rolled up salami in the center of your condiment cup. You can adjust the pieces to create a fuller look.
Add some fresh herbs like rosemary or use greenery around the roses to complete the look.
