In my honest opinion, a cheese board can find its way into any holiday. It’s all about the ingredients you use to build it. With Passover just around the corner, let’s check out what I used to create a Passover friendly board.
Ingredients
Omitting the meat on this board, allows it be kosher friendly for those who observe. In place of charcuterie products, I used an abundance of fresh fruits along with other regular ingredients you would typically see on an everyday cheese and charcuterie board. The addition of Matzoh gives the board that pop of the Passover theme.
- Triple Creme Brie
- Manchego
- Chevon Goat Cheese in Olive Oil
- Egg Matzoh (my fav)
- Pistachios
- Dark Chocolate Caramels
- Honey
- Dried Apricots
- Olives
- Cornichions
- Honeycrisp Apple Slices
- Red Seedless Grapes
- Raspberries
- Blueberries
- Blackberries
- Fresh Parsley, for garnish
