Spring is on its way, which also means that so is baseball season! And of course I thought why not serve up a home run snack for your game day watching! This super easy Brie Baseball requires two ingredients and will take less than 10 minutes of your time to create.

The Ingredients
Brie Wheel
For this recipe, my go to is an 8-ounce brie wheel. I use the smaller round as I am usually serving other foods or adding it to my cheese and charcuterie board and I don’t need a larger one.
You can certainly upgrade to larger rounds. I have found 16oz and 19.2oz and in this case you would just need to increase the amount of pepperoni you will need.
For an extra special treat, if you can get your hands on the Triple Creme Brie from President Cheese, get it! This one I have only ever seen in 16-ounce but it is worth it. The triple creme is amazing!
Pepperoni
I chose pepperoni because of its deep red coloring for the “laces” on the brie baseball. You can certainly interchange the pepperoni for salami or sopressata. The coloring will just be slightly pinker than red.
Step By Step Instructions
Step 1
Unwrap a round brie wheel. Place the brie wheel and five thin pepperoni slices on your board/platter.
Step 2
Using your kitchen shears, cut 1/4 inch full length strips of the pepperoni. Make sure to cut off the round edges first and discard.
Step 3
Put six of the pepperoni strips aside and cut the remaining strips in half.
Step 4
Place three of the full length strips in a slightly curved line vertically down one side of the brie and do the same on the other side. This will start to form the stitching of the baseball.
Step 5
Next, take the strips you cut in half and place them horizontally on top of the vertical pieces to complete the stitching look.
Step 6
Ta-da! You have a Brie baseball! Perfect for any baseball themed board!
