What You Will Need...

I chose to make this a mini cake but of course you can make it in a regular size as well. Just make sure to increase the amount of products you purchase as you will need more. 

PEEPS Smores Skillet

Who would ever say no to a PEEPS S’mores Skillet?! A perfect way to use up all those extra PEEPS you have laying around!

What You Will Need...

  • Cast iron skillet
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
    • I used semi-sweet, but you can pick your choice of chocolate.
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream, heated
  • 4-5 packages of PEEPS
    • any shape PEEPS marshmallows works!
  • Graham crackers for dipping

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Pour the chocolate chips into the cast iron skillet and spread them out evenly across the bottom.
  3. Pour the heavy cream over the chocolate chips.
  4. Place your PEEPS marshmallows in any design you wish.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
  6. Serve with graham crackers for dipping!
